Co-founded the company and lead all technical direction: architecture, stack decisions, delivery standards, and code review. Architected and shipped Hesabi (hesabi.tn), a production multi-tenant ERP covering invoicing, POS, stock, purchasing, payroll, and accounting. Built the internal engineering platform — containerized environments, CI/CD, and observability — plus Flutter apps (Legalease, Medify, Cleanch), RTL-first i18n, and Linux/Nginx production ops.

Built a Flutter agricultural advisory app end to end, through App Store deployment. Real-time crop and weather dashboards, a sensor-driven push-notification pipeline, climate APIs behind a caching layer for poor connections, and analytics to measure impact on farmer productivity and revenue.
